Will my monitoring rates or contract change because of the merger?

No. Your current rates, contracts, and service agreements remain exactly as they were under Proforce. The only difference you will see is the StateGuard name on your invoices and correspondence.

Do I need to update my security hardware or alarm codes?

Not at all. Your existing hardware will continue to report to the same high-security facility. There is no need for any technical changes on your end.

Will I still be talking to the same people?

Yes! Our monitoring centre staff and management team remain the same. You will still receive the same expert service from the professionals you’ve known for years.

Is the monitoring facility still A1 Grade?

Absolutely. By joining StateGuard, our monitoring services remain at the highest AS 2201.2:2022 A1 Grade standard, backed by the full resources of the StateGuard national network.
