Luke is StateGuard’s senior operational authority across every service line the company delivers nationally. Allan and Ahmed lead the Grade A1 Monitoring Centre within Luke’s national operational command, ensuring the entire operations structure — from perimeter detection to officer on site — runs as one connected programme.
