The leaders below represent StateGuard‘s national operational and strategic capability — accountable for service delivery, monitoring standards, compliance integrity and technology platforms across every Australian state. Each profile lists their responsibility scope, qualifications, and direct operational impact on client contracts.

Chief Executive Officer

Leads StateGuard’s national strategy, growth and stakeholder relationships across every Australian state. Sets the operational standards that translate into every client contract and the integrated security model we deliver across construction, mining, healthcare, aged care and government sectors.

Chief Operations Officer

Owns service delivery across all seven states – guards, mobile patrols, gatehouse, concierge and emergency response. Responsible for officer recruitment, training pathways from Certificate II through Certificate IV, and the supervision standards that keep delivery consistent from Hobart to Darwin.

National Operations Centre Manager

Runs StateGuard’s Melbourne-based Grade A1 monitoring centre 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Accountable for AS 2201.2-2022 certification, operator training, alarm verification protocols, mobile patrol dispatch and the integrity of every signal that enters the NOC.

Compliance & Risk Manager

Maintains StateGuard’s ASIAL Grade A1 certification, ISO 9001/45001/14001 accreditations, Cm3 prequalification and Master Security Licences across every state and territory. Manages workplace health and safety obligations alongside the reporting and compliance requirements that apply to critical infrastructure environments.

Head of Technology

Leads the proprietary Mission Talk operations platform, Assist App client portal and NFC patrol verification systems. Manages integrations with Bosch, Inner Range, Honeywell and Hikvision hardware, plus AI video analytics across solar CCTV and fixed camera networks.

Head of People & Culture

Owns the directly employed officer model — recruitment, vetting, retention, Indigenous employment commitments and the training programme that produces aged-care-ready, mining-ready, healthcare-ready and government-cleared officers across every Australian state.
