Crowd Controllers
Authorises StateGuard to deploy crowd controllers at licensed venues, the Adelaide Festival corridor, Barossa Valley events, sporting fixtures and corporate functions — supported by RSA certifications and Grade A1 Monitoring dispatch where required.
Investigation Agents
Authorises StateGuard’s licensed investigators to conduct corporate investigations, loss inquiries and due diligence across South Australia — with evidence-grade documentation through the Assist App and integration with Grade A1 Monitoring incident records.
Mining & Resources Officers
Authorises StateGuard to support remote mining operations across the Olympic Dam corridor, Roxby Downs and SA’s Far North — with Emergency Services Officers, solar CCTV towers and drone surveillance backed by Grade A1 Monitoring 24/7.
Aged Care Specialists
South Australia has one of the highest aged care concentrations per capita in Australia. StateGuard’s licensed officers are trained for the Aged Care Quality Standards, wandering resident response and after-hours concierge across Adelaide and regional SA — backed by Grade A1 Monitoring.
Compliance & Insurance
All SA operations are covered by $20M public liability, full Workers Compensation under ReturnToWorkSA, and WHS compliance under the Work Health and Safety Act 2012 (SA). Insurance certificates and probity documentation are issued on request.
