StateGuard’s State-by-State Licences

New South Wales Master Security Licence

Issued by the NSW Police Security Licensing & Enforcement Directorate (SLED) under the Security Industry Act 1997 (NSW). Authorises Class 1A unarmed guards, Class 1B bodyguards, Class 1C crowd controllers and Class 2A security technicians across Sydney and Greater NSW.

Victoria Private Security Business Registration

Issued by Victoria Police Licensing & Regulation Division (LRD) under the Private Security Act 2004 (Vic). Authorises bodyguard, crowd controller, investigator, security guard, equipment installer and adviser services across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Queensland Security Firm Licence

Issued by the Queensland Office of Fair Trading under the Security Providers Act 1993 (Qld). Authorises StateGuard to deploy crowd controllers, security officers, bodyguards, advisers and equipment installers across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and regional Queensland.

Western Australia Security Agent Licence

Issued by WA Police Licensing Services under the Security and Related Activities (Control) Act 1996 (WA). Authorises StateGuard to deliver security across Perth metropolitan, the Pilbara, Goldfields, Kimberley and Great Southern.

South Australia Security & Investigation Agent Licence

Issued by SA Consumer and Business Services (CBS) under the Security and Investigation Industry Act 1995 (SA). Authorises StateGuard to operate as crowd controllers, security agents and investigation agents across Adelaide and regional South Australia.

Tasmania Security Agent Licence

Issued under the Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002 (Tas). Authorises licensed security across Hobart, Launceston, Devonport, Burnie and statewide deployments including aquaculture, forestry and tourism venues.

ACT and Northern Territory Licences

ACT Security Master Licence issued by Access Canberra under the Security Industry Act 2003 (ACT). Northern Territory Security Firm Licence issued by Licensing NT under the Private Security Act 1995 (NT). Both authorise StateGuard’s defence, government and mining contracts.
