Project Overview

StateGuard was engaged to provide a high-fidelity alarm response solution for a multi-million dollar infrastructure project. The site, sprawling across, utilised an extensive network of perimeter sensors and motion detectors. The primary goal was to protect high-value earthmoving equipment and site offices from after-hours intrusion.

The Challenge

The client was previously burdened by "Alarm Fatigue." Legacy security providers were generating over 20+ unverified alarms per week, caused by environmental factors like wildlife. Each unverified alarm resulted in a costly, unnecessary mobile patrol dispatch, wasting fuel, interrupting the site manager's sleep, and exhausting the security budget on false positives.

Our Solution:

We implemented an intelligent filtering ecosystem that ensures only real threats receive a physical response.

AI-Driven Threat Filtering: We integrated the site’s existing sensors with our 24/7 Grade A1 Monitoring Centre. Our AI motion analytics act as the first line of defence, instantly filtering out non-human movement (wildlife, weather, or shifting materials) before an alarm is even raised.

(NOC) National Operations Centre Dispatch: To ensure zero wastage, our only dispatches a patrol towards the site after a live operator has manually confirmed a real alarm. This strict verification process ensures that no vehicle moves unless a genuine threat is identified.

Rapid Alarm Response: We eliminated unverified dispatches. Our EV mobile patrol units are only deployed when a "Confirmed Threat" is identified. This ensures that when our vehicles arrive on-site, they are responding to a legitimate security breach, not a false trigger.
