Virtual Guard Monitoring provides scheduled remote CCTV patrols and live verbal warnings from a Grade A1 Monitoring centre. Operators conduct scheduled video tours of the site, checking camera views across perimeters, compounds, entry points and high-value areas from the monitoring centre.
Tours can run at set or random intervals throughout the night. When an operator identifies someone where they should not be, they can speak directly through on-site speakers with a live verbal warning that the site is being monitored and that external authorities may be contacted. If the activity continues, the operator can escalate the event through a verified response process under AS/NZS 2201.2-2022.
